Prince2 Project Management Framework

Brief

Rigby Morrison was requested to develop a company-wide Prince2 tailored project management framework for a national facilities management service provider.

Solution

Rigby Morrison’s Prince2 practitioner team first worked with the organisation to understand what current project management framework was in place. The organisation did conduct projects; however, it was in an arbitrary manner.

Once ascertained that a framework needed to be developed from scratch, Rigby Morrison tailored all aspects of Prince2 project management to construct a framework that can be used for all projects, small, medium, and large, for the facilities management service provider.

Results

The project management framework was immediately introduced into the facilities management service provider working practices, and utilised for all projects, small, medium, and large. The new project management framework has enabled the organisation to successfully tender for projects and additional works on current contracts. This has positively increased the organisation’s profit.

Feedback

The facilities management service provider was delighted with the Prince2 project management framework. The framework now takes prime place on the organisation’s website and sales material.
