Insurance Sector – Health Safety Compliance

Brief

Rigby Morrison was commissioned to resolve a multitude of health and safety compliance issues on an insurance sector contract for a global facilities management provider. The contract was TFM and spanned 2 sites.

Solution

Rigby Morrison worked initially on reviewing all of the issues raised to ascertain their importance, and their relevance to both sites, thus creating a priority of working. From this, 2 Rigby Morrison health and safety professionals worked with the onsite management team to not only resolve the health and safety issues, but also improve the health and safety policies, procedures, and processes, to reduce the risk of such issues being raised again.

Results

All issues were resolved in a timely manner, with agreement from the onsite client and facilities management provider senior management team. The improved health and safety policies, procedures, and processes were implemented which not only enhanced the service offering but also augmented the monthly health and safety KPI scoring, which was a weak point before Rigby Morrison arrived.
